    South American drug cartel
    There was a movie that came out in the 90s or early 2000's I think that was about the leader of a drug cartel or something like that in South America. The main character lives in a georgeous looking house and has many nice cars in a separate garage. I want to say the main character was played by Bruce McGill but I'm quite sure I am wrong. However there is a scene when he takes his kids to soccer practice or something like that. I can not for the life of me remember the name of this movie. Maybe it has to do with pablo escobar?
