    I want to configure Microsoft outlook 2000 from free Yahoo mail account and hotmail account help me to solve the issue

    For Yahoo mail, See Here for details.

    Outlook 2000 doesn't support Hotmail. There is a workaround here. There are others too, Google is your friend here.:)
