    Delta 1700 series monitor.
I have had this 1700 for a little over two years. Lately, I have been having problems with the hot water not being hot enough. As I have health conditions that require the water to be at max tempture it worked well for a year. Now the water may never get has hot as I like. Although the piping is back *** ward never had any problems. MY hot water heater is 2007. I turned it up for a while, and it was too hot at the kitchen sink, so Its back down.
