Please help my babygirl!
I really do love my baby Lexie sorry I don't refer to her as a cat she's my babygirl! I know I need to get her fixed but @ this time I'm unemployed and I want to know 1)is there anything I can do to take some suffering from her until I'm able to get my babygirl to the vet? 2) I live in IL and I really need to know is there any free places here that will fix my babygirl for FREE? I'm sorry but I get so emotional when I see my babygirl like this and I can't help her. I love her so much that it hurts to see her like this, it's like my Lexie is STR8 suffering and screaming soooooo loud! What can I do to elevate some of her pain.

Start calling Vets in your area - ask them for info on free services OR services at a reduced price.
If she is suffering and screaming in pain you need to do something - even if it's surrender her to the SPCA or similar agency.
You wouldn't want to live in pain - and she doesn't want to, either.
How long has she been suffering and screaming in pain?

Well this is the 2nd day for her It's just love her so much I'm feeling her pain she has me in tears. And thank you I googled some vets here in the chi and I found one called ANTI CRUELTY'S SOCIETY and from the info I seen they will treat my babygirl (spay/neuter) @157 W Grand Avefor $15 and another called Paws that will treat my baby girl with a medicaid card for free. I really thank you so much for being concerned for my babygirl. I don't consider her a cat I consider her(Lexie) as my BABYGIRL WHO I LOVE SOOO MUCH

You keep talking about having her fixed, not treated for some illness.
Is her "howling" merely the yelling a female cat does when she is in heat. It is not pain then, it is merely her calling for a male cat to come be with her. Part of the mating process.

Okay, now I'm lost. Is she hurt or is she in heat?
And how old are you?

There is nothing called Cats Protection in IL.
Please be aware that you might be in the UK. The person asking the question is not - she's in the US, in Illinois.

It's great that you want to help, however you have to understand that this is a global website and not all services are available in all areas. ;)
