Looking for an 80's/90's children's movie
I can only remember a few scenes from this movie that I can remember from when I was younger. It was something to do with a sick bird that these children found or something, in one scene they take it to an old wise lady or man that has a huge circular library that she swings around in to find a certain book. There's a scene with a man who drives a truck that he can make burgers while he drives, cooks them on a frying pay etc.
