I resently popped a pimple looking object on my penis, it came out like a normal pimple, but after a few days it seemed to scab up almost like a crator like hole with a needle size hole in the center, and , the scab as gotton smaller and seems to be healing but now there's a lump? I don't know if this could be an std or what so please answer, and yes I am currently sexualy active

Probably not an std, more than likely staph. Don't touch it, and especially don't squeeze it anymore, unless you want to end up with an infection bad enough to require an incision to drain it. A dr would probably put you on some antibiotics and tell you to keep it clean. If you don't want to go to the dr, I say just keep it clean. If it gets worse, or you have fever or red areas around it, see the dr ASAP.
