    Maybe I'm missing something here but your ac shouldn't blow heat. Are you saying the fan doesn't work? Something else?

    Is the furnace part firing up?

    Return it and ask for a new one, is it new, or old? If its New or can probably get a new one. If its Old Buy a New one.
