    Can a felon apply for green card/h1 visa
    I have accepted felon 3rd battery guilt,curently on 3 years probation term, can I apply for green card/h1 visa woking visa for permanent stay in USA. Will this probation and accepted guilt will against and come as hindrance in my way... for getting GC/H1 Working Visa...

    I am having Master in Technologies degree with specialized skill set in Technology..

    Probably not... there are restrictions against convicted criminals. Particularly when immigrations is concerned... and they DO check.

    This is not convicted by court, I plead guilty and it is withhold adjacation. If I understand your response.. applying Green card /H1 Visa might not be approved - could be rejected is that you are saying...
