So my boyfriend and I have been together for about a year now. Before we started dating he was the type of guy that had a different girl often. But I gave him a chance cause I grew up with him and used to have a crush on him. Anyway at times I assume and accuse him of talking or texting or being with another girl when he doesn't answer.

I know I'm insecure and I know why which is because from since my dad left and cheated on my mom about 8 years ago, I haven't been able to trust no one cause he was like my best friend and it hit me out of the blue... but yea I love my boyfriend and don't want to push him away but I feel it happening.

For the past 2 days it's like I have a burden on my heart stopping me from conversing with him. I have nothing to say and it leads to arguments cause I say the wrong things but I don't know if I should break up or what?

I love him though!

Stop assuming the worst, and acting out on it. Think before you act, or speak, and get control of yourself. Always stay calm even if it takes awhile.

You do have to tell him what you go through, and why, and promise to do better, then do it. How old are you both now?

You are afraid of being just another female in his life, because he has had many before?

Can't you just enjoy it while it lasts and not depend on it to make you happy? Why make a year long partner your everything? Be happy without his presence, and love yourself as much as you love him, and you won't have time to be afraid, so afraid and paralyzed to express yourself.
