    I need someone to talk to about my problems?
    Hello
    I am at present going through a marital split that is very messy and feel that I am coming to the end of my tether and really need to talk to someone about what to do next as I feel alone with so many things going on around in my head , pleases can you help .

    I am not sure where you live but Google "divorce support groups" along with there area you live in. Also check with any non-denominational churches in your area. They also have support groups that meet about once a month. Get yourself with people who have been through it. Divorce is a special kind of pain you can't get anywhere else. You will feel much better to know you are not alone.

    Also, go to your local book store and search the self-help section on books about divorce. I know of a book published in 1980's called "Letting Go" by Dr. Zev wanderer that is a tremendous read for the emotional aspects of divorce.
