    Time to answer criminal motion?
    City attorney files MOTION FOR REVOCATION OF DEFENDANT"S [SUMMARY] PROBATION... Defendant received copy of MOTION via unregestered mail 5 calender days before hearing... How much time is allowed for defendant to answer?

    Hello my:

    I don't know. If you received yours 5 days before the hearing, you don't have time to write, and deliver one...

    I'd prepare my defense for the hearing... I don't think they can penalize you for not filing it beforehand.
