Animated Dogs Movie Title

Can anyone tell me please, what's the name of an dogs animated movie where they are mischievous and having kind of mature language and I think was PG rated, could've been released by 1999 - 2005, one funny scene that I remember is that one dog is smelling the rear part of another dog and then he rejoices after the rear smelling.
Was only a part of a trailer that I had the chance to see only once.
