    How do I garnish someone's income tax refund?
    I would like to garnish income tax refunds from debts owed to me and for which I have received a judgement on. How do I go about filing for this with the I.are.S.

    You can't. It's a specific exclusion.

    You CAN find out where they bank and grab the refund when it's deposited.

    There are no other assets?
