    First time felon in Racine, Wisconsin
    He has misdemeanor charges nothing serious at all.just was indicted three counts and a gun charge has no prior felonies or is not on probation what will happen any suggestions.

    So is he charged with a felony or not, he can not be a "felon" unless he is charged with a felony.

    As for as indicted, all depends on the grand jury, evidence is what matters. So he gets an attorney to review all evidence.

    He will either do a plea bargain or he will go to trial.

    Sorry he was charged with a felony he is not a felon.he also is not on any probation or parole this is a first for him do u think he could get a signature bond
