    Name of movie from description of the plot.
    This is going to be a hard one. This is what I remember about the movie. It was late 70's or early 80's scifi / thriller. I believe it may have been foreign, because the vehicles that were in it were not American (I think). Any way, a man witnesses a murder and while running from the murderer he hits his head and loses his sight. The doctors do an experimental surgery and implant a device that allows him to see with radar. His vision is very basic & crude, he can only see a black back ground with a white outline of objects. I remember one scene where he encounters the murderer again, they are alone at a public pool and he recognizes the murder by his voice and he jumps into the pool and another scene I remember, the man is running from the murder and he tries to drive a truck but he has to kick the windshield out so he can see because his radar just bounces off the inside of the windshield. That's about all I can remember about he movie. I know its not a lot to go on, but any help on finding the name of this movie would be appreciated. Thanks
