    How do I create this equation. Nitric acid and potassium borate
    This is for double titration question, It has three endpoints. KBO3... BO3 is a base? And HNO3 >> H= H30 Acid and NO3= Base... but which base do I use! Help, I have my final exam tomorrow and can not figure this out! I just need the net reaction, thanks!

    Potassium Borate should be written as K3BO3.

    And it's just like the titration of an acid with a carbonate;

    HNO3 + K3BO3 -> H2O + K2HBO3 + KNO3

    HNO3 + K2HBO3 -> H2O + KH2BO3 + KNO3

    HNO3 + KH2BO3 -> H2O + H3BO3 + KNO3
