    Youth caught for theft under 5k first offense
    Living in canada because can I cross to you.s? Or do I need a pardon and wavier ?

    Doubt you can get a pardon.

    Have you been to court, have you been convicted ?
    Were you in a diversion program?

    I've been to court yes its was in dec 09 when the theft happened and I plead guilty because they had on tape I was the distraction luring the cashier away while buddy goes and does the theft.
