Construction clean up work varies per the specifications for each project. It could be a one time final clean up or a phased clean up. The phased clean up can be the whole space but at different times or it can be certain parts of the space as it is ready.
And for the pricing, it also varies depending upon what is required to be done; from simple dusting/mopping/wiping to high dusting, stripping and refinishing hard floors, windows, carpet cleaning, etc. One important factor in construction is that usually completion of your work on time is vital for 'punch lists', dates of penalty, security, etc. Stringer |

I would also have the job sup walk the project when you complete it and sign off on your work. Too often other trades will come in and work and you will be asked to clean up after them. If you have your work signed off then you have completed your job and this other work will be additional billing.
