    Probation violation
    Hello my name is brittnie my husband is in jail for 10 probation violations and he is on papers for a drug charge in 2005 he's on probation for two years he has a court date coming up soon can you please tell me how long he will be in there

    How much time he'll spend inside ISN'T written in stone. It could be a little or a lot depending on LOTS of factors that are unknown to me.

    It is up to the judge and will depend greatly on what all of those violations are. That is a lot of issues and it will be unlikely that he will not be put in jail at least for a while.
    If he is on probation for two years, he could have to serve the entire two years.
