    Sole custody and reversing
I have posted about sole custody before, but this is a little different... my ex has temporary sole custody of our child, and my rights are reserved... I called the court house and they said I could submit a motion to change it, so I did fill out the paperwork, how likely is it that I can get this changed back to our original joint custody agreement... I also found out the only reason he got sole is because I didn't show up too court... I live 5 or 6 hours away in another state... so how likely is it that it could go back to joint

?? Honestly with courts who knows, but not showing up is always the way to lose any court hearing
