Canon PIXMA mp620 doesn't print black
My Canon PIXMA mp620 doesn't print black. A blank paper comes through. It does print in color and black areas are grey. I've been using generic ink tanks which weren't a problem before, but maybe they are now. I did a maintenance check and got the message that the print heads don't need cleaning. Should I do a more extensive disassembly and manual cleaning? Any suggestions?
