    What are the laws on a woman abandoning her husband and taking off with their child.
    My wife and I split up and I was getting agreed visitation with my child. Then she just up and took off and moved out of her state. Refusing to let me see or have contact with my daughter. Will not give me any information where she lives or anything. Some people told me that is not only abandonment but also child abduction.

    FIle paperwork with the courts and file abduction charges. Parental kidnapping is very serious.
