Penis Tip changing to a shade of blue

Hello, under the head of my penis is a shade of blue/purpleish ( like 2 circle spots). It' doesn't look BAD and doesn't hurt at all but I can notice a little difference. It's been like this for 5 years now and I'm starting to worry because its not going away. Oh I'm 20 years old now and it started around the time I staring to masturbate. Anybody know what it is?
