If you are using MacIOS, go to Safari, Preferences, Privacy, and click on the "Details" button located under the "Remove All Website Data" section.

For Windows 7, open Explorer, Open Tools, Internet Options. In the "General" tab go to the "Browsing History" Section and click on "Settings" and the click on "View Files".

Both instructions will show a list of all cookies stored.
