I had unprotected sex and it was the first time I have ever had sex before. He did not go all the way in because it hurt too much and he said he did not come. I never used tampons during periods also. The next morning I went to the bathroom and it burned when I peed. And when I wiped there were brown spots. I then started to get aches like cramps that I get on my period. It has been 2 nights since then and I'm still getting cramps and the brown blood is getting heavier and so are they cramps. But I'm not supposed to start my period yet and it still burns a little when I pee. Is this a Uti or Spotting or my period?

You are probably bleeding because you had sex for the first time, or at least that is what your post indicates. If you aren't due for your period and this lasts more than another day or so, I would go to a clinic to get checked out. You may have a UTI but I think your urine would have a really strong odor. I would wait another day or so and then get checked out by a doctor or at least at one of those pop up clinics I've been seeing lately.

You may also want to think about protection from STD's and pregnancy for future encounters...
