Disorderly Conduct: Loud and Unnecessary Noise
    This all happened in Platteville,Wisconsin

I was walking home from a party with 2 friends when a cop car came by us. He got out of the car and instructed me to stop, he then pointed to a brick on the ground next to the wall we were standing by and accused me of taking it from the wall. I denied and after looking at my ID and talking to me he sited me for underage drinking. No breathalyzer was given but since I'm underage I was underage I doubt this matters. He left me go and said he was going to mail the ticket. We then proceeded to walk home but noticed that he was following us slowly. It was about 3:00am at that time he was just following us from about a house behind. We were walking for about a mile and were getting close to home when I saw a friend across the street about a house or two down. I shouted to him to go to his house because the cops were harassing us. It was raining out so I doubt anyone but the my friends and the cop heard it but the cop proceeds to get out of his car and arrest me.

So my question is, can I really be charged for yelling outside when its raining to a person two houses down. If no one complained or anything. I never used violent words or anything.

Also how much weight on job apps would something like this have? I only yelled outside? I honestly had no clue it was a crime.. I doubt anyone was woken.

*this cop seemed to have it out for me, he never gave my other two friends underages or other charges and they were much more crazy than I. One even began running when the cops came up. They also shouted at the cop many times but yet I was the one being convicted of everything. Not that I want my friends to receive charges I just felt I had done little wrong and was being punished unfairly.

The cop also said he began taping us after he started following us and said there was video and voice recording. Is this true? I doubt anything was heard besides my one shout telling the friend to go home. Before that point we had just been walking back..

Well I am sure the officer may have other opinions of your conduct when stopped.

No he does not need to do a breath test, merely smelling it, or even just seeing a bottle or can in your hand

Yes he can just do you, often they do it, if you are the bossy one or loud one

The thing was I was the quiet one who was walking calmly down the street, my friends were jumping running around and hooting and hollering. Doesn't really matter though. I guess I'll just pay the fine and deal with it, great that shouting outside is now on my permanent record...
