    Similar question with a twist.
Similar situation but with a twist... DTR living at home. Allowed her BF... now Fiance' to move in, because his family was throwing him out. He has given us $200 which was for food originally. Now since they have applied for Soc. Services assistance, they are representing that $200 as rent. He is Never on time with payment. My DTR has become VERY Disrespectful, in my face, thinking she can just do whatever she wants, say what she wants and things are her way. Her Fiance' will back her and defend her.She leaves these situations with a smirk on her face. Now my medication is come up missing and I want them both OUT! HELP! They are causing significant disruption in my household.

Generally we tell people that you have to go through formal eviction of them as tenants, but because your medications are missing (any of them painkillers like Vicoden or other street sellable drugs?) you could try calling the police. They may see it as just a domestic disturbance with petty theft that's not proven, or they may treat it as a threat to your health, in effect a form of violence. You could get a restraining order. If any of that fails, you need to go to city hall and start eviction according to the laws of your state. Some states have 'lodger' laws that allow for faster eviction than 'tenants.'
