Japanese word for being in nature?
I once read somewhere that the Japanese feel that just being outside gives one a revitalized feeling, and being able to just walk outside among green plants, air, and sunlight was extremely important. I read about it in a news article, and it said that the Japanese have a special word for going outside to 'recharge', and that some offices were building little garden atriums for their workers. I can't find the word anywhere. It was very specific to this. It is not kami or wabi-sabi. Thank you.
