WHAT SHOULD I DO OR SAY to get my 13 year old girlfriend to love me. We are going through a tough time and we haven't talked in a week. What should I do?

Talk to her, if you have not talked in a week, then go talk with her. You don't "do things" you talk to keep a relationship going.

Thanks but that's the problem. She's not good with the talking. Whenever I try to talk to her she gets really nervous. I told her we should take a brake and she thought we were breaking up. She hooked up with my best friend. Before she was dating me she dated him.

Well dude, I'm guessing (and hoping) your around her age, and youth relationships are a little bit funny. If she's not good with talking, is it just in general or just with you? And if she's shy, it probably means she likes you, so that's a good thing. Do fun stuff with her dude, like don't worry about what people think, especially adults, and just have a good time. It may seem like a week is a long time but its not really, I'm just assuming that you go to the same school, if I'm wrong correct me but you just got to call her instead of relying on school to bring ot together.

She would be nervous * or should have a relationship at 13. I do assume you are the same age, if not it is really different. At 13 just work on being friends first,
Actually that is good advice at any age

He's right, always friends first, you can't really get to know someone if you star dating before your really friends.
