    Class a theft
    I worked for wail-mart an got caught with an I phone 4 I stole. An I wrote a statement saying I stole it an how an so on so forth pretty much gave them the phone back an I'm guilty I have no bad back ground don't even have a ticket what is going to happen to me?

    Several things can happen.
    1. the store will send you a bill for a civil penalty, (often 300 to 500 dollars)
    2. You will be fingerprinted and photographed, and most likely be put on probation and have to pay a fine.
