A person is strolling along a moving walkway at a constant velocity of 1.00 m/s with respect to the walkway, which moves at a constant velocity of 0.50 m/s with respect to the ground. An observer on the ground is walking at a constant velocity of -0.2 m/s. What is the velocity of the person on the walkway with respect to the observer on the ground?

    Answer choices are:
    - 0.7 m/s
    1.3 m/s
    - 0.3 m/s
    1.7 m/s
