My outdoor lights and outlets are not working.
When I read the voltage from the indoor switch that turns on the outdoor lights it cycles from 80 to 110 volts very few seconds. I replaced the switch and it does the same thing. Also in this electrical wall box is a two way switch which I have no idea where it goes to. Seeing that this wall box is next to the door that goes out onto the deck I thought that this switch had to do with something outside so I changed this two way switch also but nothing has changed. On this two way switch on one side you have a black wire that attaches on the top and one on the bottom. And on the other side there is a red wired attached. When I try to read voltage with my meter it reads zero, but when I put a electrical probe next to these wires it goes off to alert me of electrical current. I replaced this switch also with no luck. There is also another two way switch on the other side of the room which we have no idea where it goes to. At first we thought that it went to one of the outlets in the room but it hasn't proven to be the case. The house is twenty two years old. Not sure other than to call an electrician what to do next. Thank you.

Call an electrician. You have multiple 3 way, (not 2 way) switch setups, and the wiring of these switches must be perfect to operate. These sets of switches need to be identified as to there purpose.
