One thing that really helped my husband reduce his stomach was not eating anything with gluten in it, which meant anything made with wheat flour/bread. He ate cheeseburgers without the bun, scraped the stuff off the top of pizza, didn't eat sandwiches, etc. His digestion improved, and he stopped snoring too (i.e. slept better at night).

Do I sound like a commercial? -- but it WAS amazing!
