    Bleeding at 4 weeks
    I'm about four weeks And I started bleeding but only when I go to the bathroom and it red with small clots with some cramps but not bad what can this be?

    Do you mean you have tested positive for pregnancy ?

    Unfortunately bleeding of this nature at this time is not a good indicator.
    You will need to see your own medical practitioner for confirmation, but I would suggest you are having an early miscarriage.
