    ?how to get out of your lease
    My roof has been leaking and mold is growing in our bathroom and the rental agency won't fix it we have been fighting with them for over 7 months now and we have given them written consent about it.

    Contact the building department to have an inspection done. That should give you the ammunition you need to break the lease.
