    If I don't pay my rent after being evicted,what can they do
    If I don't pay my rent for the month in the month that I was evicted, what can they do

    The landlord could take you to court for this unpaid rent.

    Usually when someone fails to pay a court ordered amount, a bench warrant is issued, meaning that it stays on your record even if you never pay.
    On very rare occasions police will go to the stack of warrants and pick one and go arrest the person. I know someone who was dragged out of bed in the middle of the night for a summons for a missing truck inspection sticker on a truck that belonged to his employer. You just never know.

    My landlord never gave me an official eviction notice,she gave me Landlords Application for Dispute Resolution. On the bottom of the page its marked wth an x to recover filling fee for the cost of the app. And end tenancy early AND obtain an Order Of Possession,what does this mean.

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    Start from the beginning. When is your rent due. When did you miss payment? How much do you owe?

    They can bring you to court. Or if you paid a security fee before renting, they will take that instead.

    If you left before you went to court there was no formal eviction, it appears he just started the process and you moved out. So if you don't pay, he can sue you in court, get a judgement, attach bank accounts, garnish paychecks, the normal things people do to collect money

    landlord application for dispute resolution hearing
    Landlord has given me this wth the boxes marked wth x's,recover filing fee from tenant for cost of app. And to end tenancy early AND obtain an Order of Possession,what exactly does this mean,but has not officially given me an eviction notice,as well landlord went around the building and got 9 people to sign a petition to get me out. I have no evidence for myself to prove certain things did not happen,to get evicted. I am a single mother wth NO WHERE TO GO,what can I do besides withhold my rent to be able to move out.
