    Can I sue my business partner for taking our main contract?
    My business partner resigned from our business taking the main contract with him to another company he ran with another business partner.
    Is there anything I can do about this?

    Do you have a contract with them, that they can not start a new business and compete ?

    What in your written partnership agree states they cannot do this?
