    Name this movie about a woman accused of being a witch
    I'm looking for the name of a movie made between the mid 1990's but before 2006.

    The movie is set in the 1600's maybe

    The movie begins as a blonde woman is having dreams, or past life flash backs.

    And the plot of most of the movie goes like this...
    A priest or bishop falls in love with a woman with long blonde hair. Their romance seems to be hidden
    Or forbidden. The have an underwater love scene in this movie. And there is some nudity.
    Before long the town becomes cruel towards the woman and accuses her of being a temptress or a witch.

    This movie might be about witchcraft but it might be about adultery.

    The movie titles that I know it's not is, The Reckoning and The Scarlett Letter. I already
    Checked those movies out and those two are not it.
