Hello I am a 20 year old female I am 5'5 and my weight is around 140, my resting heart rate is 146-157 witch is really high I have been told I have been to the doctor for this and all that has been done is I was told to monitor it daily. I have had blood work done, they came back normal and they can't seem to figure out what is causing this I have went on vacation, I do daily stress relief activities even though I don't think I'm stressed , I have changed my diet and none of these have had any effect on my heart rate. Do you have and idea what is wrong with my heart or any suggestions?

Hello, I was diagnosed with mono a couple days ago after being in pain for a while. On Sunday my throat started to hurt extremely bad I can't eat, sleep, drink, nothing it hurts really bad and my neck is swollen. I can deal with the fever but when will the pain from my throat start to go away?
