    False rape
    What are the laws when two minors agree to have oral sex but the female one day just wants to up and accuse the male of falsely raping her with no kind of proof of penetration or anything and her father attacks the male and now the male is now the victim of basically a setup

    Well, depending on what state you live in, it is usually considered rape if the girl is under 16. It doesn't matter if it is oral sex, physical penetration, or the girl says yes. It is still considered rape under the law.

    Well depending on their ages, any sex with minors under a certain age is rape, even if the girl agrees to it.

    And look at the Duke students, with almost no evidnece their life has been destroyed by someone just saying it happened
