    Kick wife out of home?
    Can my husband legally kick me out of our house? I am calling a lawyer tomorrow. He has told me that he has consulted ( people, lawyer) I don't know. What are my rights because I refuse to live by his rules.

    No, he cannot "kick" you out of the marital home. He would have to file for divorce and get the home as part of the divorce settlement, in which case, you would be required to vacate with some time to do so.

    If he tries to force you to leave call the police.

    He would have to file for divorce and attempt to have the court give him the home and for the court to evict you.

    If things are that bad, get your own divorce attorney at this point.
