He's reeeally shy, and hardly ever talks. He's really cute too.. but I'm almost positive he likes me. He is always looking at me. During class he'll turn around and look at me for a long time, thinking that I don't notice him, but I do. In the halls, I'll be walking with my friends, and whenever I'm around he'll always look at me, but if I look his way, he'll look away really fast. Also at lunch, he sits near me, and all my friends say he is always staring at me. Also all his friends will look at me whenever I'm near them, and they'll like smile to themselves as if the know something I don't. Lastly the other day, my friend, who has Spanish with him, went up to him and said, "sooo, Matt? you like Kelsey right?" (he's Matt, I'm Kelsey.) and she said that he looked really nervous and said, "no!" really quickly. I Didn't ever tell her to ask him, so it wasn't me! She just told me she did...

Does any of this mean he likes me? What do you guys think?

I made the mistake when I was young of assuming every shy boy liked me, but without ever going to find out, haha. Seeing as he's more shy than you, go start a conversation with him!

He might and he might not, you will never know until you find out yourself. I know you said your friends asked on her own but never sent friends to ask if a guy likes you, its embarrassing to them and it will make all of your future convorsations awkward just saying
