Anyone know of a good judgement collection agency in Fulton County, GA?
I won a default judgement in Magistrate's Court in Fulton County, GA. From what I'm reading I don't have to wait 30 days to file either a "regular" or a "continuing" garnishment because the judgement was a "default" judgement and not a "trial" judgement (the defendant decided not to show up for the trial).
Does anyone know of a good judgement collection agency or attorney that works cases in Fulton County GA? The whole garnishment process seems rather convoluted.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
