    Tried the no contact rule, ex boyfriend contacted me but went hybernating again
    My boyfriend and I broke up because time was never really right for us. So I applied the no contact rule. But after 3 months from the date of the break up, he contacted me via Facebook . He asked how I was and how come I haven't been communicationg with him. He even asked if I got married already. I did not reply. It was only after 7 months since he contacted me that I decided to contact him via email. It was his birthday so I decided to greet him. He replied right away and said that he was glad I finally contacted him and he asked for my new number. So I gave him my number and he texted me using his new other number. I now have his 2 numbers. We exchanged casual texts for two weeks ( no calls). But that was all there is to it because he went hybernating again. It's been a month since I last heard from him. I still love him but I don't know if he still has feelings for me. MY question now is why did he even bother to contact me if he has no plans to remain in touch? I wanted to ask him this but knowing him, he won't lay down his cards.

    Ok, no contact, that means NO CONTACT, so what if he sends you 100 messages, you don't read them, you don't open them, throw away phone numbers before you decide to call, change your number so he can't

    No contact is not something you both agree to do, it is someone one person does no matter what the other one does.

    Often they contact the other just to mess with them and to slow their healing down. Or they were just lonely one night. Perhaps blocking him from Facebook.

    Well I seems he likes you because why would he contact you in the first place.

    Im beginning to think that he just wanted to say hi and see how I was doing. He hasn't made any effort to remain in touch after contacting me. I just wish that now that I'm back to NC, he wouldn't contact me again. Coz I'm really tired of the mind game. I've changed 5 numbers already and I need not do it again.
