I am not sure if you can buy a knob only you may buy a whole valve assembly and use the knob on your valve, go to a home depot or Lowe's, Thanks.

Sorry Tom we where typing at the same time, Thanks.

Comment on speedball1's Answer: Thank you for the response. I need just the plastic knob that is attached to the cut off value that is under the sink. Unknown brand - the current knob has "BOB". HK

Ahh! Then we're talking angle stop. (see image).
Sorry but they don't sell replacement knobs for angle stops. The reason being is that they're so cheap all you need to do is purchase a new valve and just use the knob. Metal or plastic. They all fit the same stem. Good luck, Tom

    Hello Tom,

By deleting my post #4 and you added my comment post #3 you gave me a negative point I don't appreciate that.

Sorry john but I didn't delete anything. I merged your two posts. One of a mods jobs is to delete duplicates and to clean up clutter. When a poster , expert or OP. fails to use the "edit" button and clutters up the thread with back to back posts I do it for them and merge to two posts into one as it should have been in the first place.
you gave me a negative point
I don't see a :not helpful" reddie on that post.
Bottom line, Your post was not deleted. I simply merged two back to back posts. So in the future please use the edit button.Hope this explains my action. Regards, Tom
