Heat strip not staying on
I have a carrier 50zp-060-311. The heat strip comes on for about 10 to 15 seconds and then cuts off, The fan never comes on. What could the problem be? Not sure how old unit is. Has cpheater025b00 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
