My husband and I moved into my parents house to care for them under the agreement that we were buying the house from the date we moved in (Aug 2002). My father passed in 2003 and we have paid ALL bills, taken care of my mother since, even building a separate mother in law apartment for her. The house was put into a trust naming me as executor before he passed. Since, my mother has refused to put either of our names on the deed or to let us finance in our own names. We have continued to stay anyway also spending A LOT of $, i.e. new roof, well pumps, pool pumps, remodeling. My mother is 52, on social security for mental disability (many, many reasons) and widow's benefits because of disability. Every so often, she blows up. Now she says to find a lawyer, she is throwing us out. Do I have any rights? I love her very much, but I also have a husband, two children and a very big investment in this house. I'm at my wits end!

Just because you are the executor, it doesn't mean the house is yours. I am sure you understand that. You need to read the trust and follow the orders of the trust. Have you read the trust agreement?
