So here's the deal, I have a co-worker that looks amazing. Thought nothing of it at first, then I started noticing her body language. She couldn't look into my eyes, crossed her legs towards me, smiled a lot, laughed at my silliness, leaned towards me, danced around me, etc. etc. Then I had other male co-workers say she was doing flirtatious things around them. So, I just ignored her for a while. Couple of months later, I couldn't resist starting to look at her again. She is simply so amazing. I think I secretly have a crush on her. She's not that social at work, but when she is, she's usually that way around me. Then just recently, at a surprise birthday happy hour party for me, she showed up to celebrate with myself and others. We even got 10 minutes to talk together when we were both tipsy. Highlight was her asking me if I ever cheated on my wife. I said no. She said no. But here's the kicker. She lives with her man, and I'm married with kids. I need advice...

Let's see - you're married and have children. She's living with "her man." You have a crush on her. She looks amazing.

What should you do?

I don't know - ask your wife for her advice. See what she recommends and then follow her wishes.

Or get involved with this woman and be prepared to lose your family.

Why not continue to ignore her?

I doubt the 'crush' is on her. It is probably a recognition of something missing in your relationship with your wife. Look at how you and your wife interact and see if perhaps you have been taking each other for granted. It is all too common for couples to get caught in a rut of day-to day living and raising children inadvertently allowing their own relationship to stagnate.

Flirt with your wife instead of a fantasy.

Anyone who asks if you have cheated on your wife while tipsy and flirting with you is playing a game you do not want to get involved in if you have any morals at all.

Or you could divorce your wife and work out custody and visitation arrangements. Then pursue a relationship with someone who is probably playing games and has no intention of doing anything with you. However, you should not disrespect your wife and family by cheating on them with someone who would be just as much a liar and cheater as yourself.

I knew the logical answer, but temptation is hard when your relationship gets stagnant due to the focus being on everything else... but the relationship. Thank you. Thank you.
