    I need help with a Hampton Bay Track Light that won't light
    The track lighting is in my kitchen. Tried searching what I thought was the part number, but found nothing. The light quit working, so I changed bulbs. No luck. Light is wired between two three way switches, one being a dimmer. Bought new 3 way dimmer identical to one present, and wired the same way. No luck. I have voltage at both switches and at light.

    What am I overlooking?

    Where are you measuring "voltage at the light"? Almost all track lights have a step down transformer. Measure voltage at the bulb receptacle and compare it to the bulb voltage.
