How to find the volume of NaOH?
You filled your buret with NaOH solution so that the meniscus of the buret reads 8.00 mL. After dispensing (drawing out) some of the NaOH solution into a flask, the meniscus reads 10.00 mL. What is the volume of NaOH solution dispensed?

The volume dispensed is the difference in readings (obviously, the larger reading minus the smaller one).
